We at Shea Baby know that sometimes it can be hard ordering online. We try our hardest to give you the best possible shopping experience. We know that sometimes you need to return an item and want to make sure the return policy is as easy to follow as possibly. 

When returning an item, please take note of the following return policy with all our customers. 

Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and shipping the items back to us is the customer's responsibility. We will gladly exchange your clothing or boots for a different size as we know little ones sizes sometimes are hard to guess especially if this is a gift. 

Store credit will be given for the purchase price on eligible returned items. We do not offer refunds (unless there is a defect on the item you purchased). Store credit never expires. 

We offer a boot size chart for reference on our website for you. If there is an error in sizing on boots please contact us within 15 business days so we can issue you an exchange. All clothing can be exchanged within 30 days. 

Returned items must remain in original condition with tags attached & when returning boots please make sure these are returned in original box.

All US domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. On average within 1-3 business days of the order placement date. Exceptions are holidays in which case these may lead to a slightly longer processing time. All orders over $100 we do offer free US domestic shipping.  Shea Baby cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Should this occur, please file a claim with the specific carrier associated with the order's tracking number.
