RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We at Shea Baby know that sometimes it can be hard ordering online. We try our hardest to give you the best possible shopping experience. We know that sometimes you need to return an item and want to make sure the return policy is as easy to follow as possibly.
When returning an item, please take note of the following return policy with all our customers.
Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and shipping the items back to us is the customer's responsibility. We will gladly exchange your boots for a different size as we know little ones feet are sometimes hard to guess the size especially if this is a gift.
Exchanges are for same priced items only. If you want an item that is a different price, please select store credit.
Store credit will be given for the purchase price on eligible returned items. We do not offer refunds (unless there is a defect on the item you purchased). Store credit never expires.
We offer a size chart for reference on our website for you. If there is an error in sizing on boots please contact us within 15 business days so we can issue you an exchange.
Returned items must remain in original condition & when returning boots please make sure these are returned in original box.
CLEARANCE AND CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
